Dear Customer,

Please note before trying on or taking off any outfit, remove all shoes and jewellery this includes watches, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings (do not turn them or cover with tape) If you are unable to remove your rings, please wear a glove.

Please step into the dresses.

All outfits are carefully inspected before postage, including zips, catches and stains.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Occasionally however, we know that you may want to return or exchange items.

We are happy to accept returns on any garment that is unused and in their original condition with tags and returned to us within 7 days from the date of arrival to you. Garments that have deodorant stains, make-up stains, snags, or odours will not be accepted for return.

You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your parcel to the value of the outfit in case of loss or damage.

Please note: Outfits cannot be returned if the security ribbons have been removed. The removal of the ribbon will be taken as evidence of the products use by you.

We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 2 business days of receiving the return in-store. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your accounts.

We are unable to accept returns beyond the 7 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 7 days may be returned to you.

PRE-ORDER FAQ

What does pre-order mean?

Found a style you’re in love with and can’t wait to try? Secure your chance to try it on by pre-ordering online with just a 10% deposit. Once the dress arrives, we’ll send you an invoice for the remaining balance. Then, we’ll ship it directly to your home for you to try on at your convenience. Changed your mind after receiving? No worries! Just send it back to us for a full refund.

Why pre-order?

Typically, we place our orders six months in advance, and the designers produce only the quantities ordered. We usually order only 1 per size in each style and once the size is sold out, we are unable to obtain again, as the designers do not offer made-to-order dresses. Pre-ordering guarantees you the opportunity to try on your dream dress without the worry of it selling out, and with the added peace of mind that you can return it as usual.

How much does it cost to pre-order?

The initial pre-order only requires a 10% deposit. The remaining balance is then due within 48 hours after you receive notification of the dresses arrival. Once the balance is paid, we will ship your order as usual.

When are the dresses due?

We’ve been informed that the collections are expected to arrive between November and the end of January. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide specific dates for each individual style.

Decided against the dress before it arrives?

Don’t worry, just let us know and we’ll cancel the pre-order and refund your deposit in full!

Can you return the dress after it’s arrived?

Absolutely, our standard returns policy applies which is 7 days from the day you receive the order. Deposits will be refunded if the item is unsuitable.
